    We are looking to fill a role of CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER.  This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Customer Services.  This person will develop and operate a highly efficient and responsive team of individuals focused on accurate and timely order processing and sales administration.  He or she will supervise all functions of Customer Services to provide seamless customer service.

    This position is located in our corporate office in Shelbyville, Indiana.

    Duties:

    Lead, manage, and train Customer Service Department.

    Administer, analyze & distribute reports through SAP and CRM

    Serves as liaison for SAP development.

    Tracks customer satisfaction and implements ways to improve.

    Writes & maintains ISO procedures, hires customer services staff, documents all order & administration processes and training manuals as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree

    Minimum of five years customer service/call center management experience.

    Ability to learn & teach integrated software systems (SAP, etc.)

    Expert skills associated with order and administrative processes.

    Must be detail oriented.
