We are looking to fill a role of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER. This position is responsible to develop, implement, and maintain human resource and labor relations programs, policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment. This position is located in Shelbyville, Indiana, just 18 miles from Indianapolis. |
| Duties: | Manage the recruiting, testing, and interviewing process; counsels managers on candidate selection, conducts and analyzes exit interview information, and recommends changes. Directs the implementation of the union contract on behalf of the company. Manages the administration of the grievance process including arbitration. Develops and manages the plant orientation program. Participates in the development and implementation of training for all plant employees. Assists with compensation planning by recommending, planning and assisting with pay structure revisions for production employees. Administers other plant employees' compensation programs. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field. Minimum of five years Human Resources experience. Minimum five years labor relations experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
