That's because its natural brown color represents a level of sustainability we've never before achieved. Knauf's new ECOSETM Technology reduces binder embodied energy by up to 70% and does not contain phenol, formaldehyde, acrylics, or artificial colors used to make traditional fiberglass insulation.

    Due to successful growth, we are looking to fill THIS PRICING MANAGER position.  In line with Knauf Insulation (KI) objectives and values, this position is responsible to perform business and market trends analysis, identifying potential opportunities for improved profitability. Contribute to enhanced planning and measurement activities through the intelligent analysis of customer pricing, profits & sales data. Approve all forms of pricing review, and oversee the implementation of approved pricing.

    Duties:

    Develop and utilize sources of customer pricing, profits & sales data which aid in the forecasting of demand, measurement of KI and Customers' performance, and identifies opportunities for revenue growth and/or cost reductions.

    Review all forms of pricing requests, and approve pricing according and best method for implementation.

    Oversee implementation of approved pricing by the Order and Administration staff.

    Ensure that documentation of competitive pricing follows stated guidelines and is properly preserved.

    Monitor customer sales activity, identify abnormalities, and report.

    Manage and report product allocations when appropriate.

    Track and analyze sales and trend data to measure effectiveness of marketing or promotional programs and determine ROI.

    Utilize price trend analysis tools to aid others in being proactive and making better decisions.

    Provide data analysis support to sales and marketing personnel.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree.

    Minimum of five years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, sales, marketing, or financial analysis.

    Minimum of three years experience in building industry.
