Due to successful growth, we are looking to fill a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-TECHNICIAN position. This position is located in our manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, Indiana. The purpose of this position is to direct the plant’s shift maintenance department; ensure that the processes are operating within the established parameters and are optimized for best quality product and production efficiencies; and to troubleshoot plant wide electrical/programming problems. |
| Duties: |
- Direct & monitor work habits of the shift electricians and mechanics in particular to ensure that they are performing in a safe & productive manner
- Direct electricians and mechanics on shift.
- Troubleshoot electrical/ programming/ instrumentation/ control system problems with machinery when it is beyond typical troubleshooting performed by electricians.
- Monitor quality checks performed by the operators
- Monitor the process for excess waste & problems; assist production supervisor & shift mechanics in correcting process problems or optimizing process efficiency
- Ensure proper housekeeping is being maintained
- Monitor regulatory and statutory environmental health and safety requirements.

| Qualifications: |
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electronics Technology
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment troubleshooting electro programming systems
- Proficient with servos and Ethernet applications
- Working knowledge of control schemes
- Fanuc Robotic experience a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
